Gluten free apple and cinnamon puff pastry triangles

This gluten, dairy and sugar free treat is a piece of cake. And so good.

Place some slices of fruit, in my case I used apples on a piece of square gluten free puff pastry dough from the organic shop, add a pinch of cinnamon and coconut sugar and fold close to a triangle shape.

Sprinkle with a little coconut sugar and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with what makes you happy.

This is such a simple dessert and a perfect snack for kids too which is every single time delicious and so crunchy.

You can serve the triangles with vegan vanilla ice cream and berries on the side if you wish to give it a little upgrade.
