High protein gluten free Nut and Seed bread

I have a beautiful recipe for you for a very nutrient dense gluten free bread. It is super quick to make, almost like making a simple cake. Most of the ingredients you will have at home. So no excuses, you can start right away and bake your first home made bread.

Ingredients gluten free nut and seed bread

3 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
50 g (1/3 cup) gluten free ground oat meal
150 g (1½ cups) almond meal
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tablespoons coconut flour
6 organic eggs
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tsp psyllium seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees Celsius.

Mix all the ingredients together and fill the dough in a fatted rectangle oven form. Sprinkle with leftover seeds and bake at 160 degrees C for 40 minutes. Serve toasted with salted organic butter and homemade jam.
