I highly recommend Sarah’s thoughtful and personal coaching. Over the last 12 months I’ve struggled with Rosacea, a skin condition that causes the face to become red and inflamed. It’s pretty common in women between 35-45 with fair skin, yet no one really seems to know what to do about it. After numerous visits to GPs, harsh creams and a course of antibiotics that made my skin worse if anything, a call with Sarah changed everything for me. With her guidance I started trying to address some of the underlying gut issues. Her recommendations were to add some healthy pre and probiotics, extra vitamins and antioxidants to my diet. I already followed a pretty healthy vegan diet but have since also removed gluten which we identified as a trigger. My face now looks like it has life back in it, glowing even! Do you have questions?

Who is this for?

My coaching is made for women who tried already everything, but nothing really worked.
In order to really individualize my coaching to your situation we’ll look at your individual gut microbiome with a test by MyBioma. I also include your ayurvedic dosha and your human design type in order to guide you on a deeper level. Step by step we will identify the causes of your discomfort and after a few weeks of working together you will feel that your balance and energy is slowly rising. It will be a process and the change will be sustainable.

Why do you work with a 3-month program?

I have often seen with my clients that before coming to me they have already tried a lot of approaches and diets. Often, they have read a lot about nutrition, but simply struggle with the implementation and consistency in everyday life.

Sometimes it takes someone who lovingly guides you in the right direction, asks the right questions and hands over the mountain of information in manageable pieces. During 3 months I will accompany you step by step and I am always available if you have any questions. If you prefer a one off session with me have a look at my workshops and sessions.

Will I need to follow a diet?

No, I don’t work with diets. I teach you how to nurture yourself, listen to your body and eat and live with a different awareness. Depending on your health objectives we’ll also follow a gut and liver cleansing roadmap.

Will you be available for questions?

I'm always available for you by WhatsApp or email if you have any questions between sessions.

How does your approach look like?

I'll show you simple ways how you can eat healthier without spending hours in the kitchen. It's more about a new wholesome way of eating. I will inspire you with simple and tasty recipes that are guaranteed to be a success with friends and family. Consequently, your new way of living can easily be incorporated into your everyday life. We’ll combine old habits with new nourishing routines and take small steps.
